Return policy

The Company does not sell items to customers who are not business customers. Therefore, our return policy does not include any legal right of return.

If the customer is not satisfied with the items provided, but these items are not faulty or incorrect, the company reserves the right to refuse to return the items.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the company does not exchange or accept the return of items that have been opened and/or used.

Items in stock

The Company may, at its discretion, accept the return of items from stock, provided that the customer contacts the Company within [30] days of receipt of the items.

All returns made on this basis must be in the original packaging, unopened and showing no signs of damage.

Items not in stock

Out of stock items cannot be returned.

STERILE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
