Intraosseous morphology
The Prama implant is available in two versions:
– standard, with a cylindrical morphology, being the result of over 15 years of clinical experience, suitable for both arches, due to its exceptional stability and ease of insertion, for example, in the mandible. The self-tapping tip gives a high penetration capacity and excellent primary stability;
– RF ("Root Form"), with a conical morphology specially studied for maxilla and for a poorly mineralized bone in which the PRAMA RF implant can achieve maximum stability, due to its structure. The rounded tip of the implants RF pram makes them also suitable in sinus lifting.
4 diameters, 1 connection
implant Prama is available with intra-osseous diameters of 3.30 mm, 3.80 mm, 4.25 mm and 5.00 mm; the connection diameter is always 2.30 mm: in this way, the management of prosthetic components is easy and optimized. The hyperbolic curve of the neck has different sizes, depending on the diameter of the implant, thus allowing it to always have a connection diameter of 3.40 mm.
Prama neck
The intramucosal neck of the implant Prama is characterized by a cylindrical part 0.80 mm high and o hyperbolic portion, tall of 2.00 mm, specially designed to guarantee continuity with the implant body. The absence of discontinuity gives the gum the opportunity to adhere to the titanium without any obstacle and to achieve the adaptation profile established by the prosthodontist. Yellow-gold color of the neck Prama It is extremely mimetic both under the soft tissues and under the translucent materials used in the implant prosthesis.
The COLLEX connection
The implants Prama they have the connection COLLEX, characteristic of the Premium Kohno and Shelta systems. The presence of the prosthetic support collar, positioned in the inner part of the connection, guarantees a high prosthetic stability and allows the connection of the implant through the patented drivers Easy Insert, for safe insertion in the site, with the mountless technique.
The CONTRACONE seal
Also, implants Prama, like all other Sweden&Martina implants, have the seal COUNTERCONE. This peripheral seal creates a mechanical barrier that ensures a peripheral seal in its measure limit the access of bacteria and prevent inflammation of the peri-implant tissues.
Full Head prosthetic screws
Prosthetic abutments dedicated to implants Prama straight and angled, are characterized by Full Head technology: the screw head, in fact, is full and presents a total volume with reduced dimensions compared to a standard prosthetic abutment. The screw head has a conical support which improves prosthetic tightening without preventing its possible removal. Prama surgical kit also contains special tools for Full Head screw abutments.
Mountless surgical procedure
The implants Prama does not require a mounting device in the connection, because can be inserted directly with the help of practical Easy Insert driverst, designed to guarantee a secure grip, for to prevent deformations at the connections and, at the same time, to allows easy removal from the internal side of the implant connection. Using these drivers facilitates the surgical insertion procedure.
The new healing abutments Prama IN
Healing bounties Prama IN are designed for to close subgingivally at the level of the implant neck, augmenting the soft tissues during their healing, so that there remains an adequate space for the insertion of prosthetic components, avoiding pain and discomfort for the patient during prosthetic loading.
Implants are available in different transgingival sizes, in titanium, anodized like the neck of the implant; otherwise, there is a version that can be modified directly at the seat, depending on the requirements.
Pre-made abutments
Prama prefabricated abutments straight and angled were designed together with those with Full Head screws. Moreover, a screw with conical support head and internal hexagonal guide is available, useful in case of reduction of pre-made abutments, which does not leave residual space around the screw head itself. These abutments were designed to guarantee continuity with the Prama intramucosal hyperbolic neck.
Coverings
The implants Prama and RF pram are available with surface ZirTi, having an intramucous neck UTM (Ultrathin Threaded Microsurface), subjected to a specially controlled passivation process that gives it a golden-yellow color, and the surface of the endosseous body of the implant is treated with ZirTi.
3.0 Dynamic Abutment®
The Dynamic Abutment is a patented solution that allows the creation of aesthetic crowns on implants, moving the screw hole in an oral position, solving problems of disparallelism, with an angulation freedom of up to 28°.
This is possible due to the synergy between the castable abutment on the abutment head and the specially designed hexalobular tip screwdriver, which allows the screw to be engaged even in the presence of extreme angulations. The Dynamic Abutment consists of a cobalt chrome base for elevation and a castable polymer cannula. Available in version with engagement (antirotational hex) for single crowns and without engagement (without hex) for multiple structures.
