Echo CAD CAM
THE NEW CAD-CAM MODULAR SYSTEM
Echo is a modular CAD-CAM system developed by Sweden&Martina.
Echo can manage the entire CAD-CAM process, from scanning the model to the production of its prosthetic components only one or more of the necessary steps, choosing the most suitable solution depending on the complexity of the case and/or the production capacity of the laboratory.
SOFTWARE
The system Echo It is compatible with all CAD software applications open, (fisiere.stl) for modeling customized structures for natural teeth and dental implants, both cemented and with screws.

scanner
The scanner suggested by Sweden & Martina is an open system based on 3D structured light technology, which guarantees complete digitization of models in just a few minutes, including marginal areas, and can communicate with other software applications with a format STL.
Milling center
The Sweden&Martina milling center in relation to the Echo system guarantees obtaining high quality final products, guaranteeing the same precision of prosthetic components and the use of certified materials.
The center uses a advanced technology which allows the acquisition of files from other platforms and the creation of prosthetic components on teeth and natural structures, mixed and compatible with the main connections of the implant.
In addition, Sweden&Martina offers five-year warranty for prosthetic components.
Scanner service center
The service center provides Echo technology to users who do not own a scanner.
This service does not involve costs, because the wax-up models are simply sent to the milling center, where Sweden&Martina staff perform the scanning and modeling, then sends the finished product to the laboratory.
Methods of prosthetics
Echo software works with last generation algorithms which automatically records marginal areas with maximum precision. The new anatomical modeling functions are both flexible and practical, because they make it possible, for example, to divide a bridge into two or more sections and prepare a personalized setting for each element. When the modeling reaches the production phase, the processing is carried out with high-precision industrial machines, capable of guaranteeing such thin thicknesses in the marginal areas, that the result is a unique product that can be easily handled in aesthetic terms, exploiting all the control functions provided by the system.

Individual posts and crowns with screws on Sweden&Martina platforms
posts Echo offers a maximum precision of the connection, because they are made with the same micrometric tolerances as Sweden&Martina standard posts. Threadable bars on Sweden&Martina implant systems
With the new bar design mode, you can intuitively create your structure with or without importing the wax-up, with the possibility of inserting additional retentive elements. Many years of collaboration between Sweden&Martina and Cendres + Metaux made it possible to create a bar library compatible with Dolder and Ackermann systems.
